The Cambridge Beer Festival has been held on Jesus Green since 2001. Jesus Green lies just to the north of Cambridge city centre, in easy walking distance of the main bus station in Drummer Street, bus stops in Bridge Street and Chesterton Road and Victoria Avenue.

Accessibility

The outdoor nature of the green means that not all surfaces are level, but disabled access is readily available. More details.

Dogs

Cambridge Beer Festival from the air
Dogs are welcome to visit to the festival. However, they will need to be accompanied by a responsible adult and kept on a lead at all times. Dogs are allowed into the food and bar marquees, although please do take care, especially when the site is busy. Pass outs from the site are available to allow your dog to answer the call of nature, or to go for W A L K I E S ....

Litter

Please help us to keep the festival and Jesus Green clean and tidy by clearing your tables and putting your rubbish in the numerous bins provided around the site.

Whilst we endeavour to keep the layout the same from year to year, however, it is sometimes it is necessary to tweak the positions of some items, which may not be reflected in the site layout plans.

Getting to the Festival

Jesus Green lies just to the north of Cambridge City Centre and is easy walking distance of the main bus station in Drummer Street, bus stops in Bridge Street and Chesterton Road and Victoria Avenue.

Cycling

Cycling to the festival is straightforward, but there is limited provision for cycle parking at the festival. Please note that any cycles secured to the emergency access gates at the festival will be removed at the owners expense. There is a secure 24 hour cycle parking facility nearby in Park Street Car Park Google street view / image, Jesus Green Marked by 'A'.

Public Transport

The Festival Site is well serviced by public transport, there are several 'Citi' bus services, which can operate up to once every 10 minutes, see the Public Transport page for details.

Driving

There is no parking on Jesus Green or on Victoria Avenue adjacent to the festival. There is only very limited parking in the local area, so visitors might prefer to park in Park Street Car Park  Google street view / image, Jesus Green Marked by 'A' or at the nearby Grafton Centre Car Park  Google street view / image, Jesus Green Marked by 'A'.

Deliveries

The entrance way to Jesus Green and the Festival Site is quite narrow and access for long vehicles is limited. Articulated lorries cannot access Jesus Green, please contact the Festival Organiser in advance. Long non-articulated vehicles can only access Jesus Green from the Mitchums Corner end of Victoria Avenue.

There is no post code for the festival site and any post code on any correspondence is not for the festival site and must not be used for locating the Festival Site - you'll just end up in the wrong location!
